It must also be in the original packaging.<\/p>\n<p>Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Customized products cannot be returned.\u00a0<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Apparel <\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Imprinted or customized apparel items are non-returnable and non-refundable except for defective, or misprinted apparel. Apparel refers to clothing items including but not limited to tops, bottoms, headwear, outerwear, and accessories such as t-shirts, polos, jackets, pants, hats, and bags.<\/p>\n<p>1-Stop Design Shop, Inc. cannot accept returns of the following apparel items under any circumstances:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Decorated, altered, embellished, worn, used, or washed goods.<\/li>\n<li>Closeout and discontinued merchandise.<\/li>\n<li>Any items marked as final sale or otherwise specified as non-returnable at the time of purchase.<\/li>\n<li>Items that have been personalized (e.g., screen-printed, embroidered, or custom-designed) are not eligible for return or exchange due to their customized nature.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The following apparel items <u>are<\/u> returnable within 30 days of receipt:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Blanks; non-decorated, unaltered, unembellished, unworn, and unwashed goods.<\/li>\n<li>Current merchandise that is not marked as final sale.<\/li>\n<li>Items that are not personalized or customized in any way (e.g., screen-printed, embroidered, or custom-designed).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>Promotional Items<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Promotional products, including but not limited to sunglasses, pens, frisbees, chargers, water bottles, lanyards, notepads, journals, and similar items, can be returned if they are defective, or misprinted.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1-Stop Design Shop, Inc. is not responsible for damage resulting from improper storage, handling during and after delivery, or any other issues caused after the items have been shipped.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>Item Conditions<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>All returned items must be in their original, unused, and unaltered condition, with all original tags, packaging, and accessories intact. Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for return.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Spoilage <\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Please inspect products immediately upon receipt.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Industry standards allow for a 3% damage rate on the total quantity of imprinted goods, rounded up to the nearest unit. If you require fill-ins or replacements within our allowance, they will be considered new orders subjected to requoted pricing. While we strive for perfection, please understand that damage does occur. We will only be responsible for replacing damages that exceed this 3% threshold.<\/li>\n<li>We are not responsible for spoilage or damage due to improper storage or handling after the item has been delivered.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>Return Process<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Please note that original shipping charges for items shipped to you are non-refundable.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Returns must be authorized by our customer service team prior to shipping. Requests for returns must be made within 5 days of receiving your order. Please contact us with your order details and a description of the problem: <a href=\"mailto:returns@1stopdesign.com%20\">returns@1stopdesign.com <\/a><\/li>\n<li>Freight on all returns must be prepaid by you. We do not accept returns sent with collect freight or postage due. Returns must be received by 1-Stop Design Shop, Inc. within 10 days of receiving your order. Returns are to be addressed to 1-Stop Design Shop, Inc., 19B Crosby Drive, Suite 350, Bedford, MA 01730-1401.<\/li>\n<li>Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don\u2019t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.<\/li>\n<li>Returned items must be fully inspected by us before providing a resolution, which may include a refund, partial refund, credit, or reprint upon agreement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>Refunds<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.<\/p>\n<p>If you are approved, then the return\u2019s resolution will be processed, and credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 15 days.<\/p>\n<p>There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Any item not in its original condition that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.<\/li>\n<li>Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>Sale Items<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Exchanges<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at <a href=\"mailto:returns@1stopdesign.com\">returns@1stopdesign.com<\/a>.
